Amends/Commences: The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012
Comes into force: 1st April 2021
Jurisdiction: England and Wales
The fees set for entering documents, including Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates and Air Conditioning Inspection Reports, onto the relevant public register are revised.
The new fees are:

£1.64 for entering data from which an EPC related to a dwelling may be produced; and
-
£1.89 for entering data from which an EPC from a non-dwelling, a DEC, or an inspection report may be produced.
