The Official Controls (Extension of Transitional Periods) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022

Amends/Commences: GB Retained: Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products

Comes into force: 30th December 2022

The transitional period in regulation 2 of The Official Controls (Extension of Transitional Periods) Regulations 2021 was extended until 31st January 2024 (previously, it was 31st December 2022).

Regulation 2 refers to transitional period for official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products.
