The Employer’s Liability Regulations 2019

Amends: Employer's Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999
Came into force: 18th November 2019
Jurisdiction: Northern Ireland

The following corporate bodies are added to Schedule 2 of The Employer’s Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999:

• Comhairle na Gaelscolaíochta;

• Labour Relations Agency; and

• Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education.

Additionally, the following corporate bodies are removed from that Schedule:

• Ilex Urban Regeneration Company Limited;

• Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission;

• Northern Ireland Memorial Fund;

• Planning Appeals Commission; and

• The Water Appeals Commission for Northern Ireland.
