Amends/Commences: Assimilated Regulation 2018/1139 on common rules in the field of civil aviation and establishing a European Union Aviation Safety Agency

The requirement for the Secretary of State to introduce regulations relating to accreditation by the CAA of qualified entities has been removed, as criteria for such accreditation are already provided within Annex 6.
