The Construction Products (Amendment) Regulations 2025

Amends/Commences: Assimilated Regulation 305/2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products supported by 2019/451 on the harmonised standards for construction products and 2019/450 on publication of the European Assessment Documents (EADs)
Comes into force: 8th January 2026

Technical changes are made, updating references to EU legislation, as Regulation (EU) 305/2011 will be repealed and replaced in EU by Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 laying down harmonised rules for the marketing of construction products, from 8th January 2026.
Products which comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/3110 in the EU are deemed to comply with the assimilated version of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 as it applies in Great Britain.
