Amends/Commences: European Union (Planning and Development) (Renewable Energy) Regulations 2025

Comes into force: 24th September 2025

Jurisdiction: Republic of Ireland

The transitional periods inserted into the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 by the European Union (Planning and Development) (Renewable Energy) Regulations 2025, are extended to 1st May 2026.
