Amends/Commences: Regulation (EU) 528/2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products
Comes into force: 2nd October 2025
Jurisdiction: EU MC (Netherlands) 1 B.V. is authorised to use and sell the biocidal product family ‘GA 24-50 BPF’ on the EU market, subject to certain conditions. The authorisation is valid from 20th October 2025 until 30th September 2030.
