CityFibre Achieves Full Complement of ISO Certification
In support of 18 months of dramatic growth since its emergence as a national alternative to BT Openreach, CityFibre has undertaken and achieved full ISO certification in all core management systems.
The project was supported by NQA, one of UK’s leading certification bodies and was completed in just 12 months, a process that typically takes more than 24 months. Certification has now been awarded in the following management systems:
- ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
- ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System
- ISO 22301 - Business Continuity Management System
- ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System
- OHSAS 18001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System
The awards underpin CityFibre’s commitment to ensuring the industry leading service levels and robust information security measures that are essential throughout the connectivity supply chain.
It also demonstrates how seriously CityFibre takes its responsibility to minimising its environmental impact and ensuring the well-being of the public and its growing team.
