FSSC Updates 2026 Fees and Invoicing Schedule

31 October 2025

Effective January 1, 2026, the Foundation FSSC Management Board has announced a significant revision to its certificate fee structure and invoicing schedule. The changes aim to enhance service quality, financial transparency, and support the organization’s expanding certification schemes in the consumer goods industry.

Fee Adjustments to Support Certification Growth

The updated fees will apply to both the established FSSC 22000 Scheme for Food Safety Management Systems Certification and the newly introduced FSSC 24000 Scheme for Social Management Systems Certification. These schemes are central to FSSC’s mission of delivering trust and impact across global supply chains.

Key changes include:
  • €330 per uploaded audit report in the FSSC Portal, payable by the Certified Organization via their Certification Body.
  • €60 per certified site listed under multi-site certifications, applicable to Initial, Renewal, and Surveillance audits.
These adjustments were formally communicated to NQA on October 10, 2025.
