BM Trada Integration Underway as NQA Teams Up for a Stronger Future
Our teams have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. The first major milestone is the integration of our IT systems, which was completed, as scheduled by the end of April. This will mean that all BM Trada employees will have nqa.com email addresses and be on the Kiwa network, along with NQA. This is an important step in bringing our operations together, ensuring our clients benefit from more streamlined services and enhanced support.
On the commercial front, our teams have already come together with great energy and enthusiasm. The collaboration between NQA and BM Trada commercial teams has opened up exciting opportunities for cross-selling a wider range of services - including the FSC® and PEFC certifications for timber and wood products and RSPO scheme for Palm Oil; offering clients a more comprehensive sustainability portfolio.
One of the most rewarding parts of this process has been welcoming new colleagues from BM Trada into NQA. Their expertise, passion, and fresh perspectives are already adding great value, and we’re excited about what we can achieve together.
Alongside the integration efforts, we’re also working closely with our new owners at Kiwa to explore synergies across our organisations. By aligning our strengths and sharing knowledge, we’re laying the groundwork for continued innovation and growth, all with the goal of better serving our clients around the world.
