Introducing CQI and IRCA Virtual Training Courses

20 March 2020
Following an assessment by CQI and IRCA, NQA are delighted to announce that as of the 23rd March 2020 all of NQA’s training courses (including our CQI and IRCA approved courses), will be held in a virtual classroom.
We are mindful of organizations’ needs to have business continuity in their operations, including maintaining required certification(s) and continuous learning and development programs.

These updated virtual courses allow us to follow the government’s guidelines for the safety of both our clients and tutors, whilst ensuring that our long established training programs and clients’ CPD journey continues during these uncertain times.

To support both you and our colleagues, we have invested in our training courses in order to ensure they are appropriate for virtual training and will be conducting all NQA courses virtually. This means that if you are booked onto a training course with us in the next three months, this will now be conducted remotely video and sharing technology. If the situation changes which enables us to conduct in-person training sooner or we need to extend this period we will communicate this to you.

Should you book or already be booked onto a CQI and IRCA approved training course that requires an examination, this will still need to be conducted in person, and we will schedule this to take place within 180 days of your training course.

Your training course will continue on the same date(s) and time(s), but will be conducted virtually using our interactive technology platform instead and you will be sent registration links in due course.

We are making sure that our courses remain as interactive and engaging as possible and our tutors will be using a series of polls, quizzes, Q&As and panel discussions to ensure you receive the same value from your training as you would do face-to-face.

We look forward to you joining us on this exciting new journey and making the most of the virtual learning opportunities presented to us.
