ESOS Phase 3 Compliance

Many organisations across the UK will be required to achieve compliance if they meet the below entry criteria:

• 250+ employees OR turnover £44m+ and balance sheet £38m+ on 31 December 2022

The qualifying date for Phase 3 of the scheme was 31st December 2022 and the deadline for demonstrating compliance falls later this year, 5th December 2023.
