NQA Achieves Find Courses’ Customer Outreach Award

NQA is proud to announce that we have achieved the Customer Outreach Accolade from Find Courses. The Award is presented to trusted providers who are deemed ‘excellent at responding to enquiries’ along with making customers’ search journey quicker, more efficient and easier.

Findcourses.co.uk is a search engine dedicated to corporate training and further education. Their aim is to make it easier for companies and professionals to find the right training by providing the UK’s most comprehensive courses and training search services.

In response to a survey conducted by Find Courses to their training buyers, 39% expect to be contacted within an hour of making an enquiry. NQA met that expectation by responding within sixty minutes of a mystery shop enquiry in October and continue to do this across the board.

The partnership between NQA and Find Courses enables us to promote our CPD and CQI/IRCA approved training courses to a growing target audience of professionals looking at e-learning, in-house and public training courses on a number of the most popular management system standards.
