We are seeking to recruit a select number of outstanding graduates to initially operate in exciting and challenging job roles within the NQA head office environment, located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Commercial Graduate
We are looking for a graduate who can bring talent, drive and fresh thinking to help propel our business forward. Your role will be a hybrid role covering the business development and marketing team so you will gain invaluable experience and exposure working on a variety of exciting projects for a large, diverse and ambitious organisation.
Put your commercial aptitude and creativity to use as you help us find new and innovative ways to do business. From the outset, you’re going to be absolutely fundamental to our success and will be given real responsibility early on.
Put simply, this role will give you invaluable exposure to real business issues, leading to a role where you can build on everything you've learned.
What you'll need
- 2:1 in a related degree
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English

Finance Graduate
We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable graduate with an interest in finance. Finance supports everything we do here at NQA and, if you join us, you’ll use numbers to make a difference. We offer an independent viewpoint, driving decision-making and strategy across our organisation. We also maximise profitability by managing cost, cash and return on investment.

You’ll start off in accounts receivable and will gain real insight into other functions within Finance.
