ISO 9000:2015 has been published!

Hot on the heels of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9000:2015 was published to provide updated definitions for quality management systems.

It is part of the ISO 9000 series of standards which includes:

ISO 9000:2015 Quality management systems -- fundamentals and vocabulary, which sets out the common terms and definitions for quality management systems.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems -- requirements, which defines the requirements of a quality management system.
ISO 9004:2009 – Managing for the sustained success of an organization -- A quality management approach, which focuses on how to make a quality management system more efficient and effective.
ISO 19011:2011 – Guidelines for auditing management systems, which provides guidance on internal and external audits of quality management systems and is the standard that NQA auditors adhere to.
