Prerequisite programmes on food safety – ISO22002-X

ISO22002-series of standards have been published in August 2025. This series of Standards are prerequisite requirements for the food, feed and packaging supply chain:
For ISO22000 certified organisations, these requirements are optional. Therefore, can be adopted immediately if the organisation determines.
For FSSC22000 certified organisations, these requirements will be mandatory from FSSC22000 version 7; for which publication and effective date are to be advised by the FSSC. Although, this is not expected to be within the next 12 months.
