Course aims

The course is designed to guide delegates through Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory Verification to ensure that an organisation’s carbon footprint calculation is accurate, thorough and compliant in accordance with ISO 14064-1.

  • How to conduct quantification of GHG emissions

  • An understanding of the key outputs of ISO 14064-1

Is this course right for me?

This course is an introductory guide to aid with the implementation of GHG. A delegate would benefit from having a basic understanding of greenhouse gas emissions, and energy management.

A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be useful when attending this course.

What else do I need to know?

  • Dress code - Smart casual - your cameras will be switched on and delegates and tutors will be able to interact with each other

  • Breaks - There will regular time slots allocated during your course for refreshment/restroom breaks.

  • Proof of attendance - You will be sent a certificate of attendance following your training.

  • What to have with you - We recommend that you have a copy of the relevant standard with you on the day to reference. You will receive a digital copy of all necessary materials before the course starts so please ensure you have access to these on the day and contact us if you have not received them.
