Course aims

This E-Learning course is designed to provide overview of ISO 26000 and ISO 20121, which are both guidance documents to support your organisation's sustainability approach. Both of these guidance documents could be overlayed with other standards to support your organisation towards your own ESG (environmental, social and governance) goals.

  • The history and aims of ISO 26000 and ISO 20121

  • The benefits of implanting both ISO 26000 and ISO 20121

  • How to explain the headline clause-based requirements and framework for both standards.

  • Anyone who wishes to understand and introduce ISO 26000 and/or ISO 20121 into their organisation.

We recommend taking up to half a day to complete the NQA E-Learning courses, but users may take more or less time depending upon their own needs and learning styles.
