Motor Fuel Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations Guidance
This is the guidance for reporting under the Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations 2012 as amended ('the GHG Reporting Regulations'), which came into effect on 15th April 2012.
What is the new legislation: Directive 98/70/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel (known as the Fuel Quality Directive (FQD)).

The aim is to provide guidance on how suppliers should comply with the Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations SI 2012/3030 and how they should submit the required information to the Secretary of State).
