The Migration of OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001
This is a theme which began in 2016 and with the recent publication of FDIS ISO 45001 is looking likely to continue for the next few years. With the promise of the publication of ISO 45001 in Q1 of 2018, keep your eyes peeled for much more information from us on this topic.
Due to the popularity of our information on ISO 45001, we are expecting this to be a very fast growing standard throughout 2018, 2019 and 2020 whilst the migration period is in place. NQA are already offering quotes to clients and prospects for ISO 45001 so make sure you put your businesses health first and stay safely ahead of the market – see what we did there!
ISO 27001 and GDPR
GDPR has been a hot topic in the UK throughout 2017 and is set to continue as the deadline draws nearer in 2018. This has been one of the core drivers for UK businesses to evaluate how ISO 27001 could assist them in their preparation and compliance for GDPR and as a result has allowed us to support more of our clients in certification. If you haven’t started preparing yet for GDPR and how it will impact you, now is the time to start and our useful blog above can help you do just that.
The transition process between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 14001:2015 has given and continues to provide organizations with the opportunity to improve their processes. As you can see above three popular blogs cover methods for improving process using internal audits, process based auditing and SWOT analysis. We will make sure that these themes continue throughout 2018 as your refine and improve your management systems.
