Course aims

For those with a solid knowledge foundation of their management systems, this virtual 3-hour course aims to provide an interactive, technical dive into the techniques and processes involved with understanding, managing and improving relationships within a supply chain.

An ideal course for in-between audit assessment dates to ensure that delegates are getting the most out of their certification, system and ISO standard(s) by enhancing their skills and aiding continual improvement.

Delegates will leave with knowledge of:

  • ISO 9001:2015 requirements - interpretation, evidence and working it into your business as a live, useful tool

  • Establishing the role and impact of suppliers in your process - what is the real cost to your business when selecting suppliers?

  • Identifying and managing supply chain risks - determining and applying risk criteria

  • Logistical controls and quality control of acceptance and delivery

  • Selection of suppliers and monitoring supplier performance - what should you consider in terms of criteria and what can you gain from it?

  • Establishing adoption of your system and policy requirements with your suppliers.
