What is your role?
I am the International Certification Manager, responsible for handling our close relationships with NQA's overseas agents. It’s my job to support them in being able to deliver a quality service to their customers. My dedicated team here support them by making certification decisions for their clients.
Most memorable moment at work?
I’ve been on some incredible trips to a variety of our overseas agents including Bulgaria, India and Dubai. To experience the difference in cultures, food, people and ways of working has been an exciting eye-opener. These visits have really helped me to build and maintain positive relationships with the wider international team to ensure that we are all working towards a unified end goal.
Favourite things about working for NQA?
Definitely the people. Both here in the UK Office and in our overseas offices, despite language, cultural and time zone differences everyone is working towards the same goals and we are all working as a team to deliver the best results for our clients.
